Welcome to San Francisco University High School Athletic Registration

All students intending to participate in athletics at UHS are required to complete this online athletic registration process. 

The deadline for completion is April 12th.

Before clicking on the registration below, please read the important information below.

Then click New Users to create an account.  If you have multiple students at UHS you will only need one account.  You will be able to add students. Once you create your account you will be sent a verifcation email.  Then you will be able to register a new student.

Important Dates

August 8th      Fall Sports Orientation (Parent/Guardian and Student Athlete must attend)

August 12th    Fall Sports Begin (Tryouts are usually held the first couple of days of this week.) Detailed information will be sent out 

Physical Examination

Students must complete a physical using the PRE PARTICIPATION SPORTS PHYSICAL EVALUATION FORM. This form is valid for 365 days from the date signed by a physician. 

We highly recommend scheduling your student’s pre-participation physical examination appointment between June 1, 2024 and August 1, 2024 as this will allow for your student to be fully eligible for the entire school year without having to schedule another appointment mid-year.
